- Order processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
- Domestic (NZ): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
- Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout; customer sees total before purchase
- Tracking: Shipping confirmation email with tracking number sent once items ship
- Delays: We'll notify you of any unexpected delays (e.g. stock transfers, courier issues, high volumes)
If you order multiple brands, items are first shipped to Total Safety, where we consolidate your order before dispatch.
- Additional processing time: Add 1–2 business days for consolidation
- After packing: Domestic delivery still targets 2–7 business days
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom-branded workwear
- First Aid items, PPE, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earplugs, masks)
To start a return:
- Email office@totalsafety.nz within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address
- Send your item via tracked courier — we’re not responsible for lost parcels
Refunds:
- You'll be notified when your return is received and inspected
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in poor condition
- Some refunds will not be eligible for shipping fees to also be refunded
Exchanges:
- Email us your order number and exchange request
- If in stock, we’ll confirm next steps
- Return shipping costs apply
If you received the wrong item or something is faulty, email us at office@totalsafety.nz with a photo and description.
We’ll sort it quickly — options may include a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the issue.
